Program Successes
IBRD Program - developed complex integrated DoD/DHS strategies to significantly reduce the timeline for recovering an urban area from a biological attack.
TaCBRD Program - partnered with Republic of Poland to field integrated capabilities that protect U.S. and Poland from biological attacks.
IEW ATD Program - developed an integrated early warning capability to originate the DoD Chemical and Biological Defense Program’s Integrated Early Warning Campaign.
FDHS Program - developed the capability used by the U.S. and U.N. to destroy Syria’s chemical weapons stockpile.
BSV Apps CWP Project - partnered with Australia to develop a joint biological surveillance toolset used to help understand the COVID-19 outbreak as it unfolded.
BD21 Program - managed the DHS Level 1 (>$1B) major acquisition program and developed the subsequent Biodetection Adaptive Capability Approach to effectively buy down biological threat risk.
RPM RP Program - managed the DHS Level 2 (>$300M) major acquisition program for enhanced port of entry protection, including overseeing the transition of acquisition strategy from FFRDC to industry.
RPM Enterprise - stood up the DHS Radiation Portal Monitor Enterprise that integrates efforts across associated port protection programs to provide more effective alignment to customer mission.
