Program Successes

IBRD Program - managed the DoD half of the collaborative DoD/DHS program that developed complex integrated strategies to rapidly recover an urban area following a biological attack and informed substantial follow-on investments across the U.S. interagency.
IEW ATD Program - developed an integrated CBRN early warning capability that significantly enhanced warfighter WMD threat awareness and drove implementation of the DoD Chemical and Biological Defense Program’s Integrated Early Warning Campaign.

BD21 Program - managed the DHS Level 1 (>$1B) major acquisition program to modernize urban biological detection and developed the subsequent Biodetection Adaptive Capability Approach to further reduce biological threat risk.
RPM RP Program - managed the DHS Level 2 (>$300M) major acquisition program that fields large-scale radiation detection equipment for enhanced port of entry protection.
RPM Enterprise - stood up the DHS Radiation Portal Monitor Enterprise that integrates efforts across associated port protection programs to provide more effective alignment to customer mission.

TaCBRD Program - partnered with Republic of Poland to develop and field integrated biological threat defense capabilities that protect U.S. and Poland from biological attacks.
FDHS Program - developed the large-scale chemical agent defeat capability that was operationally deployed by the U.S. and U.N. to destroy Syria’s chemical weapons stockpile.
BSV Apps CWP Project - partnered with Australia to develop a joint biological surveillance toolset used to help understand the COVID-19 outbreak as it unfolded.
